AI credits are required to use AI-powered video analysys features within the platform. When your organization’s credit balance is low, you can add additional credits using one of the available billing methods.

Where to Find Billing

To access billing:
  1. Open Settings from the main navigation
  2. Under Organization, select Billing
  3. In your Default Billing Account, you can find all billing related information
On this page, you can view your balance, top up credits, manage your subscription, and review transactions.

Credit Value

Credits are purchased in USD at the following rate:
  • 1 USD = 50 AI credits
Your current credit balance is visible in your organization’s billing settings. For example:
  • $1,000 = 50,000 credits
  • $5,000 = 250,000 credits

Transaction History

The Transactions section provides a complete overview of all credit-related activity within your billing account. Each entry includes the date, description (such as a top-up), the number of credits added or deducted, the corresponding USD amount, and the resulting balance. This allows you to track credit purchases, monitor usage, and reconcile billing activity. Every successful top-up is recorded automatically and reflected immediately in your account balance.

How to Top Up Credits

The available top-up method depends on your organization’s billing configuration.

Stripe (Online Payment)

If your organization is configured for self-serve billing:
  1. Navigate to Billing in your organization settings
  2. Select Top Up Credits
  3. Enter or select the desired amount
  4. Complete the payment via Stripe
Credits are added automatically once the payment is successfully processed.

Invoice

If your organization operates on invoice-based billing:
  1. Contact the Conveo team to request a credit top-up. This is possible through the ‘Chat with us’ functionality
  2. Specify the USD amount or number of credits you wish to purchase
  3. An invoice will be issued
  4. Credits will be added after the invoice is processed
