Most studies stall at the same point: the topic guide is ready and the participants are not. A team that wants 30 interviews in Germany, 20 in Japan and a few small-business owners in the US ends up emailing three vendors and reconciling three quotes and incentive schemes before a single conversation happens. Conveo now supports eight panel partners across three recruitment paths, all inside the study you are already building.
Eight panel partners, how they work and what they change, no sound needed.
How it works
Fully integrated panels. Respondent and User Interviews run end to end inside Conveo. Set your targeting, incentive and participant count, review the quote, and launch. The panel sources and schedules the participants. Respondent adds custom recruiting when a panel is not filled within 48 hours and covers B2B audiences across 150+ industries; User Interviews is strong on niche targeting.
Partner panels. Norstat, Bilendi, Sago and Rakuten cover Europe, Asia, North America and LATAM, including Rakuten's locally managed panels in 12 Asian markets. You agree feasibility and quotes with the panel directly, while payment and participant management continue to run through Conveo.
Platform integrations. Forsta Surveys (Decipher) and Rally connect an existing survey or research CRM to Conveo interviews, so qualified respondents move from your tool into a video conversation. Both are in beta.
A study can use several panels at once, each managed from the Recruit tab with its own participant limit.
Research teams asked for it in five situations
These come from teams we work with in agencies and consultancies, consumer goods, sportswear, software, fintech, tourism and entertainment. We kept them anonymous.
Markets their usual panel does not reach. Teams with a US panel asked for a partner when a study also needed Germany, Poland, Japan or Australia.
Hard-to-reach professional audiences. Small-business decision makers, high-value traders and other business audiences came up as groups a consumer panel cannot fill.
Keeping the panel vendor they already trust. Several teams asked whether they were bound to Conveo's default panels or could keep their existing provider.
Quant first, then video interviews. Agencies with a screener or survey already scripted in Decipher asked to hand qualified respondents straight into an interview.
Local panels in Asia. UX and research teams working across APAC asked for a panel with first-party reach in Japan and neighboring markets.
What this means for your research
One study, one place to recruit, whichever audience you need. Integrated panels give you a quote and a launch button; partner panels add regional depth and harder-to-reach segments; integrations let a survey you already run feed the interviews. Incentives for integrated and partner panels are settled through Conveo, so payouts are not managed vendor by vendor.
Two limits to know. Partner panels still need a quote conversation with the panel before launch, so allow a day or two for it. Platform integrations need technical setup on the survey or CRM side; your Research Impact Lead can help scope it.
Read the recruiting participants guide for step-by-step instructions and walkthrough videos for each path.
