A study leaves a trail of work behind it: the findings report, the deck for the leadership meeting, the quote reel for the brand team, and the moments someone meant to come back to. Those outputs used to sit in separate lists by type, and saved items were filed under Liked. Conveo now keeps them in two places. Outputs holds everything your team made, and Bookmarks holds the evidence you saved.

A silent walkthrough, from one quote reel out to the whole Outputs page, then Bookmarks, the study steps and the guided create step. The participants shown are real, from a Conveo demo study.

How it works

  • One Outputs page for the organization. Open Outputs from the top level to see every report, slide deck and quote reel you have access to, across studies. Every output type uses the same card.

  • Search and filter. Search across all of it, or filter down to the outputs you created.

  • Share from the card. Share shortcuts sit on each card, so you can send a deck or a reel without leaving the page.

  • Bookmarks for what you want to revisit. Bookmark an interview, a chart, a slide or a quote reel and it shows up on your Bookmarks page. Bookmarks replaces Liked, because that is how people were already using it.

  • The same two steps in every study. Each study has its own Outputs and Bookmarks steps, so the study view works the same way.

Start the next output from a guided step

Creating an output is now a guided step. Pick a report, slides or a quote reel, start from one of the example prompts, and for a deck, set how many slides you want.

Research teams asked for it in five situations

These come from conversations with teams in consumer goods, food and drink, beauty, media, travel and luxury fashion, and with research agencies. We kept them anonymous.

  • A library of past work. Keep earlier reports and decks where the next project can start from them.

  • Repeat a colleague's study. See what another team produced before running something similar.

  • Ready for stakeholders. Hand over the finished deck or reel from the same place the team works.

  • Clips for a reel later. Save the strongest moments while reviewing, then build the reel from them.

  • Back to the exact moment. Mark the interview moment that mattered and find it again on your Bookmarks page.

What this means for your research

Work that took a study to produce stays easy to find after the study closes. Researchers spend less time hunting for last quarter's deck and more time on the next question, and the evidence they flagged along the way is waiting for them. A few screens elsewhere in Conveo still use the older card design while the new one rolls out.
