A generated report is the first draft of the story. Before it reaches the brand team, someone sharpens the headline, rewrites a paragraph for a different audience or adds the image that makes a point land. That work often happened in a copy outside Conveo, so the version people read drifted away from the study behind it. And once a report was shared, readers had nowhere to take their next question. Reports in Conveo are now editable in place, and a publicly shared report offers its readers follow-up questions to explore.
A silent walkthrough, from the first edit to the link a stakeholder opens.
How it works
Edit the text where it sits. Open a study report and click into the passage you want to change. Fix a word, rewrite a sentence or tighten a whole section without leaving the report.
Draft with the assistant panel. The panel on the left of the report generates or rewrites text with AI. While you edit, a short menu offers to open it for the spot you are working on.
Add the right image. Generate an image for a section, or upload one of your own.
Share a link that invites questions. Share the report publicly and readers see suggested follow-up questions with it. Picking one asks them to sign in with their email so they can keep exploring the findings.
Your team edits, your readers explore
The report a stakeholder opens is the one you shaped, next to the study it came from. Editing stays with your team. Readers get the report and a set of follow-up questions, so the conversation about the findings can continue after the readout.
Research teams asked for it in four situations
These come from teams we work with in food and drink, consumer goods, online retail and technology, and from research agencies. We kept them anonymous.
Fix the draft before it goes out. Change a word, a section or the emphasis before anyone else reads the report.
Shape it for the room. Adjust the headline and the story for the audience you are sharing with, from R&D to brand and marketing.
Readers without an account. Share findings with people who only need to read them.
Stakeholders who want in. Give people outside the research team a way into the findings.
What this means for your research
You keep one current version of the report, inside Conveo, and you decide how it reads. Generated text and images are drafts: check them against what participants said before you share. Readers can explore further after signing in, and the evidence behind every finding stays in the study's video conversations.
