Tag colleagues and your Conveo team in comments
Type @ in a comment on your topic guide or report, pick a colleague or your Conveo team, and they get an email that opens right where the discussion is.
Dag MalstafAt a glance
- Tag people with @ in comments on topic guide questions, the whole guide or report passages
- Tagged people get an email with your comment and a link to that exact thread
- Only people who can open the study or report show up in the list
- Invite someone new from the comment box if you're allowed to share
- Tag the Conveo team supporting you by name
Comments only help if the right person reads them. Until now, a note on a topic guide question or a report passage waited for someone to open the study and look. If you needed your brand manager's view on a probe, or your Conveo contact's read on a finding, you left the comment and then sent a separate email or Slack message pointing to it.

How it works
Comment where the question lives. Leave a comment on a single question, on the topic guide as a whole, or on a passage you highlight in a report.
Type @ and a name. Your colleagues show up first. The Conveo team supporting you is listed below them under "Conveo team", by name only.
Post, and they get an email. It carries your comment and a link that opens straight to that conversation, so they read the context and reply right there.
Bring several people in. Tag more than one person in a comment, and keep replying in the same thread so the discussion stays together.
Nobody gets a link they can't open
The list only shows people in your organization who can already open that study or report. If someone isn't there, type their name and choose "Invite…" to share the study or report with them, the same as using Share. That option appears only if you're allowed to share it.
People who see a study or report through a share from outside your organization can read and comment, but they can't tag anyone.
What this means for your research
Review rounds on a topic guide or a report stop depending on a follow-up message. You tag the person whose answer you need, they open the exact thread, and the decision stays next to the question or finding it's about. Getting your Conveo contact into the conversation takes one @, with no email chain on the side.
Comment mentions in one minute
One comment, one @, and the reply lands in the same thread.
