Topic guide comments: Collaborate on topic guides without leaving Conveo

Now you can comment directly on any question in your topic guide inside Conveo. Tag teammates, reply in threads, and when you're ready, ask Conveo to read your comments and apply the fixes automatically.

How it works

Every question in your topic guide now has a comment button. Click it to leave a note, suggest a change, or flag something for a teammate. Others can reply, creating threaded conversations right where the context lives.

When you're ready to act on the feedback, simply tell Conveo what you want to do and it will help you do that. For example, you can ask it to fix the comment on Question 1, or simply read comments to you without resolving. Conveo will help you implement the feedback and resolve the threads. So you can quickly go from feedback to final draft.

Why this matters

Topic guide review is one of the most common collaboration bottlenecks in research. Teams circle around draft topic guides in a shared doc, collect feedback via email or Slack, then manually reconcile changes. Details get lost, versions diverge, and the process takes days when it should take minutes.

With in-platform comments, the feedback loop stays tight. Everyone sees the latest version, context is preserved, and Conveo handles the grunt work of applying edits. You can also use comments as notes to self and reminders as you’re setting up your study, so nothing gets lost.

Ideal for

Teams co-authoring discussion guides across time zones, client-agency review workflows, or any project where multiple stakeholders need to weigh in before fieldwork begins.
