Rómulo leads Customer Marketing at Conveo, turning the results customers achieve into things they can use: visibility inside their organization, recognition as innovators in their field, and a network of peers redefining how insights get done. Customer stories, references, advocacy programs, and executive communities all serve that goal. His favourite part of the role is working directly with customers. Some of the best stories start with skepticism: a research leader who doubted Conveo could go as deep as their own interviews, ran a study, interrogated the methodology, and changed their mind.
