Ella Savill came to Conveo from Streetbees, where she wrote about what consumers care about, and now runs studies with enterprise research teams across the UK and Europe.

At Streetbees, the mobile research company, Ella worked on the product solutions team, shaping the features and archetypes researchers used, and wrote its consumer newsletters: a look back at what mattered most to consumers in 2023 across four markets, a Mental Health Awareness Week piece on movement and wellbeing, and a contribution to its Gen Z whitepaper, which heard from more than five thousand people in ten markets.

She joined Conveo in February 2026 as a Research Lead. Her favourite line from a client came out of an analysis session: he said he felt like a kid in a candy shop, and a colleague of his admitted he had to tell himself to stop after five hours in the data.

She cares most about the part most vendors skip: putting researchers and engineers in front of customers so the feedback loop is a conversation, not a form. Her onboarding playbook, written from more than a hundred onboarding calls, is how new enterprise teams go from a first study to running their own.

Outside work: a pint with her pals, and a lot of walking.

So I'm Ella, I am from London.

There's one quote from a client that I always use. He was playing with the analysis, with Talk to Your Data, running all those prompts and queries, and he literally said on a call, "I feel like a kid in a candy shop." And I was just like, wow. I think that summarizes the whole experience for customers. It is this thrilling, exciting new methodology and new tool that they honestly could spend hours just soaking it all in and playing with.

One of the other stakeholders at the same client said he had to actually tell himself, no, it's been five hours now that you've been playing around in here, you've got other stuff to do. For me, that screams exactly what we're trying to do here: build something that our customers and researchers genuinely enjoy using.

I loved that there was this customer obsession with making sure that they feel loved and heard and listened to. A lot of other places say, oh, we're not going to put engineers in front of clients, we don't need to do that, we can just have a feedback loop. But I think it's such a strong selling point for us. Customers do feel that love. They feel like they're on a journey with you. They're almost part of that go-to-market process. I think that's an amazing differentiator that we have here.

That was a real validation of what we're doing and why we're doing it. So it was amazing.

Outside of work, you'll probably find me at the pub, drinking a pint with my pals. I do like a lot of walking. I wouldn't say I'm the most fitness person in the world. A lot of people here do say that about themselves, but unfortunately that's not me yet. I will start locking in soon.
